Job description

We are looking for a well-qualified, enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Dance Teacher who has the highest expectations of themselves and our pupils. If you provide high quality teaching and have a natural passion for improving the life chances of our children then this could be the role for you

About the Role
We are looking for an innovative teacher who is passionate about the Dance and Performing Arts curriculum and can positively influence teaching and learning across the Academy, utilising a variety of teaching methods and ensure that your lessons are engaging at all levels. You must be dedicated, organised and totally committed to driving standards and raising achievement through the delivery of outstanding lessons in Dance.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
• is committed to raising the achievement of all learners by ensuring teaching across the curriculum is of the highest quality
• is able to make positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents alike
• has high professional standards
• is able to plan and deliver innovative and inspirational lessons that engage pupils
• an ability to teach core PE would also be desirable
