Data and Administration Officer Vacancy
Pickwick Academy Trust is looking to recruit a permanent, part-time Data Administration Officer based at Corsham Primary School.
Required to start: As soon as possible
Hours: 29 hours per week, 8.30am – 4.00pm with an unpaid 30-minute lunchbreak, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday plus 12.30pm – 4.30pm Wednesday and Friday, 39 weeks per year (term time, plus TD days).
Salary: D6, £23,893 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £16,108 per annum
Corsham Primary School is located in the picturesque Wiltshire market town of Corsham near Bath, and is arranged over two sites located at either side of the town. The Pound Pill site offers 14 classes and the Broadwood site houses 10 classes, both from Reception to Year 6. We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, committed, well organised and enthusiastic Data and Administrative Officer to join our team.
Job Purpose:
To support the effective management of the general office so that all aspects of the school’s administration are conducted efficiently.
To be responsible for the administration of the School’s Single Central Record in conjunction with the School’s Senior Leadership Team
To operate the relevant school computer software, for example Integris, the school information system.
To liaise with the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team keeping them informed of any matter at Corsham Primary School that could impact on the Trust.
To provide the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team with any information needed to ensure the business of the Trust runs smoothly.

The jobholder must demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This will involve undertaking annual Safeguard training and using school reporting systems for any Safeguard concerns.
