Please note that where continuous service from previous employment applies, subject to terms and conditions, the pro rata salary would be re-calculated based on the applicable service of the successful candidate. Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and proactively promote, collaborate and drive the positive and effective use of data across the school ensuring system are available for tracking student progress throughout the year to support teaching staff to ensure students reach their full potential.
  • To create and manage effective systems which enable teachers to teach and students to learn. Working closely with senior and middle leaders to determine information requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • To lead and manage the accurate collection, collation, analysis and distribution of student data.
  • To manage the school Management Information System (MIS) ensuring accuracy of data at all times.
  • To ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of the of the school census returns in line with DFE requirements.
  • Line management of the exams and administration support team; undertake induction, appraisal, training and mentoring of all team members.
  • To deputise for the Operations Manager for the Operations Support Team, in their absence.
  • To support all aspects of administration as required by the Operations Manager. Providing training and support to members of the Operations Support Team in the use of data systems to improve productivity to allow the school to run efficiently.
  • To contribute to the maintenance of healthy, safe and productive work environment and conditions.
