At Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy we are looking to recruit a Data Apprentice to support the Student Data Leader in maintaining the Academy’s Management Information System and assist in the collation, management, and reporting of academy data.

The contract is fixed term for 18 months whilst working towards a level 3 apprenticeship in business operations administration in collaboration with LMP Education.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining accurate student records and class groupings

  • Assisting in data collection, reporting, and student attainment tracking

  • Supporting census preparation and timetable updates

  • Collaborating with staff to ensure effective use of MIS and data systems

  • Assisting with exam days and student destination tracking

  • Responding to internal and external data requests
