37 hours per week

41 weeks per year (term time plus inset days plus 2 weeks)

Due to our school expansion, Kingsbridge Educational Trust wishes to appoint an experienced, well organised and enthusiastic Data Assistant to Kents Hill Park School - an all-through school with 990 pupils from Foundation to Year 11.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of the team who successfully support the development and growth of this school in the Kents Hill Park area of Milton Keynes.

We are looking for a hardworking, highly motivated and flexible individual to join our administration team:

To provide excellent customer service

To provide an efficient data and administrative service which supports the school

To be an ambassador for the school presenting the highest standards of respect and confidentiality at all times

The successful applicant will:

have excellent communication skills

work well under pressure

enjoy all aspects of data, organisational and administrative tasks

be self-motivated with the ability to multi task and prioritise effectively

have excellent IT skills
