Data Assistant job summary

DATA ASSISTANT

30 hours per week term time only (plus 5 Training Days)
Hours of work are negotiable and a small reduction in hours is a possibility for the right candidate.

Level 3A Point Range 5-8 depending on experience - £23,500.00 - £24,702.00 pro rata
(Actual salary range will be £16,591.00 – 17,439.00)

We wish to appoint a Data Assistant to provide support to our busy Data Team. This will include processing and maintaining reports, sending out letters and emails to parents, providing clerical/data support for members of SLT and other staff, inputting data into the school’s management information system, for example new admissions, option choices, student photographs, update student and staff timetables etc.

We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of organisation with the ability to prioritise tasks. You must have a high level of ICT literacy including word processing and spread sheet packages.
