At Flying High Partnership, we are dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our schools. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Data Lead to join our team. If you have a strong track record in data analysis and have worked in the education sector, we want to hear from you!
As Data Lead, you will be a key member of our education team, providing expert support and leadership in collating and analysing assessment data across our partnership. You will develop and implement interactive dashboards, drawing on data from both school and central systems, to inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement interactive data analysis dashboards for various stakeholders, including the Education Team, Headteachers, Trustees, and Governors.
- Analyse data and present it through agreed frameworks, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all leaders.
- Onboard new systems and drive the development of MIS and bolt-on systems across the partnership.
- Streamline processes for collecting and analysing in-year and end-of-key-stage data, and develop bespoke assessment systems.
- Design and implement processes to collect and analyse key data across HR, Finance, and Operations departments.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong track record in data analysis.
- Has experience working within an educational setting.
- Is proficient in using Power BI and other data-related software/platforms.
- Is skilled in creating and implementing interactive data analysis dashboards.
- Pays exceptional attention to detail and ensures data accuracy.
- Is a skilled verbal communicator, able to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Can effectively prioritise and manage their workload independently.
- Has experience in system development and efficiency.
- Can provide mentoring and training to support staff in utilising systems.
- Is adaptable and able to work across a wide range of disciplines.
- Is forward-thinking, with a willingness to embrace feedback and develop innovative solutions.
