We are looking for an experienced Data Manager who has experience of timetabling, within an educational setting.
You will be responsible for school's administrative, timetabling and data management operations, with a strong focus on ARBOR and NOVA T
Your responsibilities will include constructing and adapting the school's timetable supported by the Deputy Headteacher, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, conducting data analysis and supporting various data related tasks, administering and monitoring the use of all school rooms and capacity and the generation of curriculum data.
You will be conscientious and self-motivated with excellent organisational and accuracy skills. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of school timetabling.
• Experience of managing and utilising SIMS database or other education management systems.
• Experience of managing, analysing and reporting on base data.
• Literacy and numeracy skills to at least GCSE level.
• A clear and positive communication manner
• Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
• Flexibility in attitude towards work and of working hours, committed and reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Excellent attention to Detail
