Data Officer job summary
Due to the internal promotion of the current post holder we wish to appoint a Data Officer to deliver outstanding data entry and analysis to the school, ensuring a high level of service that supports the Business Manager, Headteacher and Trust Data Manager in providing outstanding quality of information for the Headteacher and leadership team supporting St. Anne’s Academy’s priority: progress for all of our students.
We are looking for someone who:
• is qualified to degree level or equivalent and be willing and able to complete sector specific training for the management systems the school uses.
• has strong numerical and technical skills and a high level of experience in Excel with the ability to learn school specific systems
• has excellent attention to detail, is a critical and analytical thinker with technical skills and, importantly, a passion for interpreting data.
• is keen to develop and learn
• has a positive and proactive approach to work

This position will be based at St Anne’s Academy, Middleton, but may from time to time require travel as necessary to collaborate with other schools which are all locally based.
