Data Officer with Timetabling job summary

We are looking for someone who has an in-depth understanding of data analysis, who can support the management, development and delivery of data for the school.
The role will also cover supporting the Head of School with preparing and maintaining the Teaching Timetable, taking sole responsibility in some areas.
Mainly
• Collating, analysing and distribution of assessment and reporting data including:
- Co-ordinating the collection and entry of assessment data with predetermined timescales
- Track Pupil Progress
- Analysis of attendance and behaviour data
• Produce accurate reports and documentation for the Senior Leadership Team, governors and other stakeholders as required, in the formats requested
• Produce regular reports to meet statutory requirements and deadlines
• Assisting with the production of examination results and analysis
• Supporting the Head of School with preparing and maintaining the Teaching Timetable
• Talking responsibility for areas such as
- Preparing the new timetable project in E-Timetable
- Collating options survey data
- Combing and data collection with middle leaders
- Creating class groups in Bromcom MIS and ensuring data matches with that in E-Timetable prior to import
- Importing the timetable from E-Timetable to Bromcom MIS
