What skills and experience we're looking for

Kepier is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Department Leader to join our dedicated Technology Department. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to lead all aspects of technology at KS3 and at KS4. The candidate must also consistently deliver high quality teaching and learning in all aspects of the technology curriculum.

The department encompasses the subject areas of Hospitality and Catering, Design Technology, Engineering and Construction at KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will lead a team of teachers and technicians and report on the quality of standards, attainment and learner progress. It is important that the candidate has experience in leadership and has a proven track record of raising standards.

As part of our due diligence and to comply with our obligations in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, an online search of publicly available information will be undertaken for all shortlisted candidates.
