Deputy Director of Education (Two Posts) job summary
REAch2 has 5 clusters in the South of England, including Croydon, West Sussex, Kent, Hertfordshire and Reading. We are looking to appoint two new Deputy Directors of Education for the southern region to lead in identified clusters. We would seek to discuss specific geographical areas with candidates at interview, dependent upon their current location, skills and experience.

The successful candidate will be passionate about primary education and have a proven track record of highly successful leadership.
We seek applicants who are highly skilled at motivating, supporting and challenging Headteachers and senior leaders within a clear system of accountability. Working with a small cluster of academies (up to 8), you will be energetic and determined to help our schools to be the very best they can be through your strategic leadership, development of school-to-school collaboration and targeted intervention.
