Do you want to be our Deputy Director of Education?
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative colleague to become our Deputy Director of Education (DDoE). In this key role you will work alongside the Director of Education (DoE) and Central Leadership colleagues to support schools and leaders, to implement relevant strategies and best practice to secure the best outcomes for the pupils within our care.
We want to appoint someone who shares the vision of the Trust, who embodies the values of the Trust and one who can contribute to the direction of school improvement across the Trust.
At all our academies we aim to provide an outstanding education, supported by excellent pastoral care and high standards of behaviour, set within a distinctive positive culture’s ethos approach. We want to equip our pupils with academic achievement, experiences and personal attributes to enable them to succeed in the next stage of their education, training and employment.
To join us you will need a background gained in a school as a Headteacher. It is essential that you have a proven track record in school improvement and have experience of Ofsted inspections. It is desirable that you have a strong understanding of inclusion and are passionate about ensuring the most vulnerable pupils receive the very best opportunities to succeed as possible. We want someone who can inspire others, promote continuous learning, and build strong productive relationships. Knowledge of safeguarding legislation regarding young people will also be essential.
