Deputy Director of Technology for Learning – Chiltern Learning Trust

Contract Type:      Permanent

Hours of work:       37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term time plus 5 training days)

Salary:                    NJC M3 pts 36 - 39 (£42,503 - £45,495 per annum pro rata’d)

Training:                 Full training and support will be provided

Closing date:         Monday 2nd October 2023 at 9.00am

Location:               Based in Luton but working across Bedfordshire will be required

Overview of the job

This post provides the right candidate with the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of digital practice in a growing multi academy trust with a national reputation for excellence in the field of Technology for Learning. The successful candidate must be flexible, hard-working, able to innovate and inspire and have credibility amongst their colleagues. You will be part of our School Improvement Team and will be working closely with the Director of Technology for Learning to drive the strategic direction of technology integration and learning across all schools. This post would provide someone with excellent opportunities of system leadership, as part of a highly progressive and nationally recognised Technology for Learning Team. 

If you feel you have the right mix of good communicational skills, and can motivate, inspire and lead others by example by being a high performing and reliable leader who can work as part of a team, then we would welcome an application from you.You need to have a flexible approach to working hours as some twilight working may be required (by agreement), high standards and a positive attitude.
