Deputy Executive Headteacher job summary
We are looking to appoint a motivated and successful leader to be the Deputy Executive Headteacher of three of our North Lincolnshire Schools – Haxey CE Primary Academy, St Martin’s CE Primary Academy and West Butterwick CE Primary Academy. We are looking to appoint someone who can lead the academies into the next stage of our journey.
Our new Deputy Executive Headteacher will have the highest of ambitions for our children. They will be an excellent leader and a great communicator with a clear vision for a high-quality education. They will appreciate the benefits of working with a supportive team of staff, trustees and parents. They will also be committed to the wellbeing of children, staff and engage with the local community. As Deputy Executive Headteacher, they will enjoy working closely with other schools in the local area and the academy trust, learning from and sharing best practice.
