Deputy Head of Centre - Rise@GHC job summary
We are looking to appoint a talented, dynamic and innovative teacher to the post of Deputy Head of Centre (Deputy SENDCo) at Rise@GHC. Rise@GHC is a specialist unit serving pupils aged 11-19 with autistic spectrum conditions living in Bracknell Forest and other local authorities. The centre is part of Garth Hill College, but operates in dedicated buildings within a fifteen minute walk and five minute drive of the main Garth Hill site.
As a key member of the Rise@GHC leadership team, the appointed person will play an important role in the day-to-day management of Rise@GHC. As well as deputising for the Head of Centre, the successfully appointed person will take on a wide ranging leadership role and line manage others in the Rise@GHC team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the Garth Hill team and join the leadership group at Rise@GHC.
