The Ripley Academy is an 11-18 school located in Derbyshire close to Nottingham, Derby and Sheffield and within easy reach of the Peak District. We are a member of the East Midlands Education Trust and work in close partnership with the other academies within the Trust including The West Bridgford School and John Flamsteed Community School. We are looking to appoint a Deputy Head of English who will assist the Head of Department in securing high quality teaching, the effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students.
