  • A detailed knowledge of the curriculum and its means of delivery

    • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
    • An English related degree.

The Blandford School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Deputy Head of English to join our thriving and supportive school and work alongside our recently promoted Head of English. The successful applicant will be able to drive change in a forward thinking and outward looking faculty where student achievement and progress is above the national average. They will have the opportunity to teach Lower Years and GCSE classes, with the possibility of A Level teaching as well. Working alongside the Head of Faculty, the successful applicant will help shape the future direction of the faculty including curriculum, staffing and assessment.
