Deputy Head of House (Non-Teaching Behaviour Support) required

We are seeking to appoint a non-teaching Deputy Head of House with responsibility for behaviour support within our Pastoral System at Passmores Academy. The successful candidate will work with the Pastoral Team to help remove barriers to learning for some young people.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic and be able to engage with young people who might be struggling to cope in an educational setting. The role will require initiative, energy and patience. A background in youth work, behaviour and dealing with teenagers would be beneficial. The skill to build positive relationships with our young people, staff and families, enabling them to develop a growth mindset, is key to this post.

37 hours per week

52.14 working weeks (52.14 paid weeks)

Salary: Scale 6 Point 13 - £28,869.00 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)
