Witchford Village College is a College for years 7 to 11 and is part of the Morris Education Trust. We are situated 3 miles to the west of Ely. Cambridge is 12 miles to the south, accessible by car and train.

We are looking for a Mathematics specialist who is motivated to take on key leadership responsibilities and accountability within the department by facilitating the delivery of an inspirational and highly engaging mathematical experience for both staff and students.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to be given the time, support and resources to lead on specific areas of practice and policy that inspires and motivates both staff and students enabling them to be successful in their studies. Utilising your existing excellent knowledge and passion for the subject, you will help to develop a great curriculum experience with your colleagues, in line with the whole College ethos, enabling all students to make exceptional progress.

We now approach the next stage of the department’s development, and we are looking for a leader who wants to be at the forefront of our forward-thinking department.
