As Deputy Head of Premises & Estates you will support the Head of Premises and Estates in the strategic and operational management of the estates and facilities function across Endeavour MAT’s portfolio of schools.

You will be expected to work closely with all schools and stakeholders to ensure that the physical environment and all aspects of the school’s properties upkeep, care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management are in line with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with the Head of Premises & Estates to implement estate management policies, oversee capital projects, manage maintenance services ensuring the safety and sustainability of the estate is maintained.
