From September 2022
A rare opportunity for an outstanding and committed Deputy Head to join our successful School due to the retirement of our current Deputy Head after 30 years of outstanding service. You will work as part of a robust and dedicated leadership team, in a fantastic school community, with the determination to continually drive up standards throughout the school.
We are a large school of over 1750 students and, due to our size, Deputy Heads take on a very senior level of leadership. Our school improvement plan is in two halves with five academic and five social priorities. The successful candidate will lead on implementing either our academic or social plan, depending on their skills and experience. We are looking for someone to motivate and inspire students and to build excellent relations with the staff and all other stakeholders within the school community. In return we will offer a bespoke induction programme and a range of development opportunities to prepare them for headship within 5 years.
Full details on the role and how to apply can be found in the application pack. You may also wish to visit the school website for further insight into our School or arrange a visit to see us for yourself.
