Deputy Head Teacher job summary
Bluecoat Primary Academy is looking to recruit an exceptional Deputy Head Teacher who has experience of developing other staff, leading whole-school change and delivering high standards of education to pupils from a range of backgrounds.

Bluecoat Primary Academy opened in January 2015 and is located in a brand new state of the art building in Bilborough, Nottingham. It is home to 420 primary aged children, 26 Nursery pupils and a small focus provision for children with ASD.
Bluecoat Primary is both distinctively Christian and inclusive and serves a wonderfully diverse community – made up of families from different social, cultural and religious backgrounds. Since opening, Bluecoat Primary has built a strong reputation for innovation and inclusion and in its first Ofsted inspection was graded as a ‘Good’ school with ‘Outstanding’ judgements in Leadership & Management, Early Years and Behaviour & Attitudes.
