What skills and experience we're looking for

We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team to drive forwards improvement across the school. We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Strong behaviour management skills especially around putting policy into practise.
  • A passion for inclusion especially for children with SEND and those from under-resourced backgrounds.
  • Exceptional curriculum knowledge with a flair for adaptive curriculum design, teaching and learning.
