Deputy Head Teacher job summary
Governors are looking for a deputy head teacher with strong early years’ pedagogy to join us at Highfield Nursery School. The role offers an opportunity to work with a leadership team committed to delivering the best outcomes for all children in a busy environment which is exciting, challenging and highly rewarding.

Birmingham Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools consists of nine Nursery Schools delivering inclusive high-quality early education and care to children aged 0-5 across Birmingham. We have a vibrant and enthusiastic staff of teachers, teaching assistants, nursery officers, play workers, administrators and other support staff who make up our large staff team. As well as outstanding provision for children and families we are committed to staff professional development and you would have opportunities to be part of the wider and developing role of our nursery schools.
