  • Is able to inspire and excite children, staff and parents with creative approaches to teaching and learning;

  • Is prepared to research new initiatives to always keep Queensbridge at the forefront of new approaches to education;
  • Has high expectations of themselves, pupils and staff and has a passion for enabling all children to reach their potential;
  • Has excellent behaviour management strategies;
  • Is extremely driven and committed to working with the Queensbridge team and other collaborative partners to secure our long-term goals;
  • Has experience and can lead the curriculum that will inspire other subject leaders;
  • Has an excellent understanding of assessment and tracking pupil progress from EYFS to KS2
