What the school offers its staff
Queensbridge is a true community school with 243 very special reasons why you would want to make a positive difference to our whole school family.
From the moment our children join us, we provide the firm foundations, opportunities and experiences to enable them to achieve their goals within an inclusive environment. We teach our children to stay positive, embrace diversity, work collaboratively and to tackle challenges head-on. We prepare them for a world which is ever evolving with a view that education is an entitlement for all.
We believe that the quality of education we provide should be of the standard that we would expect for our own children. With this as our ‘non-negotiable’, we build partnerships between home and school so that our learners are able to become the best versions of themselves.
The Governors of this popular school wish to appoint a dynamic Deputy Headteacher. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and resilient leader to work in partnership with the new Headteacher and wider team, to build on our successes and drive the school forward in future development and growth. The position is a great opportunity for a leader who is unafraid of a challenge and is committed to school improvement.
We can offer:
- Children who need love, and the belief in them that they have the ability to succeed;
- Staff, parents and governors who are supportive, friendly, and devoted to making Queensbridge the best it can be;
- A popular and diverse school in the heart of the community;
- A Headteacher and governing board which will always make decisions with the best interest of the children at heart;
- CPD which helps you to professionally develop;
- A Local Authority which is committed to school improvement and developing working partnerships;
- A school which embraces that each day is different
