  • Has a proven track record of successful leadership, management and school improvement.
  • Is resilient and able to respond and adopt effectively to changing circumstances maintaining high levels of performance.
  • Is organised and forward thinking, having the vision, drive and energy to initiate, lead and manage strategies to build on the current successes and achievements of the School.
  • Has an excellent working knowledge and understanding of the Early Years, Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum with significant experience of leading across one key stage.
  • Places safeguarding at the heart of the School.
  • Will go the extra mile, bringing something additional to the School.
