Deputy Head Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Head Teacher to join the SLT of this progressive and happy school. The right candidate for this deputy headship will have a proven track record and the ability to plan strategically as well as to motivate and inspire a varied team of teachers in new ways to improve teaching and learning over the whole school.

Martin High School is an 11-16 Secondary school of over 800 children, in a large village location with excellent links to the city centre and surrounding area. We offer corporate health cover, on-site parking and school canteen. Our school benefits from a large site with excellent outdoor spaces, with views of the local Leicestershire landmark, Bradgate Park. We are currently building a large sports hall which will also include extra teaching rooms.
