- have a proven track record of outstanding pupils outcomes and experience of innovative curriculum design
- will actively contribute to the continued development of our dedicated and professional staff team
- demonstrate strong career aspirations with an appetite for working in an exciting learning environment
- has proven experience across KS1 and KS2
- has an in-depth knowledge of the Ofsted framework

This post arises, as a result of the retirement of the Headteacher and the subsequent promotion of the Deputy Head to take over the Headship, from September 2024.

This post would include the equivalent of one day per week of strategic cover to release teachers to fulfil leadership responsibilities.
