As our new Deputy Headteacher, you will:
Lead with Vision: Collaborate with our Headteacher to shape the strategic direction of the school, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Inspire Growth: Motivate and support our dedicated staff team, creating an environment of high expectations and emotional well-being.
Champion Inclusion: Ensure every child has the opportunity to achieve, no matter their ability or background, and build a school culture of acceptance and belonging.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies to create tailored learning journeys that unlock the potential of every student.
Embrace Challenges: With patience, resilience, and creativity, you’ll tackle challenges head-on and turn them into opportunities for growth and progress.
What You Bring
A deep understanding of SEND and a passion for inclusion.
A proven track record of successful leadership in education, ideally within a SEND setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families.
A caring, empathetic approach, combined with the strategic mindset needed to drive improvement and excellence.
