Deputy Headteacher job summary
The Governors of All Saints’ CE Primary School wish to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic deputy headteacher who will contribute to the leadership of the school and moving the school forward. The school has always received a ‘Good’ in every Ofsted inspection and we are looking to build on this success.
The successful candidate will lead Literacy throughout the school and will be teaching the Year 6 class. They will be a strong classroom practitioner with a proven record of raising standards through their own teaching as well as whole school. They will have high expectations of pupils’ learning, attainment and behaviour and experience of excellent relationships with parents, governors and the wider community. It is essential the candidate can demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work flexibly as part of a team, deliver under pressure.
The school has a strategically resourced facility for children with Autism and inclusion is a strength of the school.
