Deputy Headteacher job summary

All Saints Junior School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated Deputy Headteacher to join our friendly, experienced team. The post is permanent and full time.

We would be interested in hearing from you if you:

• Can support the headteacher to shape our future vision and ethos
• Have the leadership qualities to inspire, innovate, implement and lead on the whole-school curriculum
• Have high expectations of all pupils and staff
• Have a proven track record in building positive relationships with the pupils, staff, parents, governing body and wider community
• Will support the headteacher to develop the staff team through collaborative and tailor-made professional development opportunities
