The Role
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and visionary Deputy Headteacher who will also serve as our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo). As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership of the school, working closely with the Headteacher and staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes. AsSENDCo, you will lead on all aspects of SEND provision, ensuring that children with additional needs are effectively supported and able to make excellent progress.
