You will have a strong track record of impact in your current role and will be ready to share your experience of what exceptional progress and outcomes look like so that you can challenge our school community to improve further.
Your role at WSFG will be as Deputy Headteacher, leading on KS4 and the Curriculum. This will include opportunities to develop leadership amongst staff and students through coaching and devolved leadership; promote KS4 pastoral care, including for our most vulnerable students; lead on the curriculum and assessment through evidence-informed practice, including ensuring that the curriculum reflects the diversity of our school community.
