Job summary

We are looking for someone who has the ability to motivate and inspire our students to achieve their best. Someone who is a passionate forward looking leader who can drive standards around behaviour, attendance and climate for learning in school. Someone who can lead on the Personal Development aspects of school life including PSHCS, Tutoring and year teams.

Essential educational requirements

Degree

Essential qualifications

NPQH or a desire to work towards the qualification.

Essential skills and experience

Clear evidence of outstanding teaching over time.
Successful senior leadership as an Assistant Head Teacher or Faculty Leadership or equivalent.
Experience of leading whole school improvement initiatives across the school.
Working within a Trust setting and School Improvement at scale.
Collaborative Practice.
