Deputy Headteacher job summary

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious, and talented individual with a proven track record of school improvement to join us in the role of Deputy Headteacher. This role is a key member of our Senior LeadershipTeam and will be instrumental in supporting the school in the next stage of our development and in our aspiration to be an outstanding school in its broadest sense.

In the first instance, the key areas of responsibility will focus on all aspects of the Quality of Education.

The successful candidate will have a whole-school responsibility for this integral area of school improvement. They will also work in close collaboration with the Headteacher and the rest of the Senior Leadership Team to facilitate joined-up thinking around all whole-school priorities.
