Campion School is seeking to recruit an outstanding Deputy Headteacher with overall responsibility for Raising Standards.

The successful candidate is likely to be an existing senior educational leader – a Deputy Headteacher or an outstanding Assistant Headteacher - with significant skills, knowledge and experience of raising standards. In order to have acquired the necessary sound judgement, experience and skill set, we envisage that a current Assistant Headteacher is likely to have been in post for at least three years and will have a proven track record of improvement for leading on raising standards at their current school.
