What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who has the passion, drive, and enthusiasm to rapidly build on Chichester High School’s existing strengths; to closely support the Headteacher to lead, motivate, develop, and inspire a school team of staff and governors who are passionately committed to giving pupils a wide range of real-life and enriching experiences within a culture of highest expectations.

About the school As one of six secondary schools within the ‘Coast’ region within The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT), we are a close and supportive community, working hard to ensure all our students excel. With a current and growing role of 1366 students (Years 7-13), we aim to provide all pupils with a rich and dynamic curriculum to enjoy in a safe environment.
