Fully immersed in our ethos of ‘enjoying, achieving and learning’, we want a second Deputy
Headteacher who can passionately champion our school and its community and ‘be Cranfield’ in everything they do. We are looking for a new Deputy Headteacher who:
Will uphold a strong Christian ethos; embracing an environment that is friendly, dynamic, open and engaging, ensuring all staff and children feel equally valued for their culture and contributions
Will expect the highest of standards of themselves, our staff and children – providing a sense of hope, calm and positivity at all times.
Will contribute significantly to the Academy’s leadership and management, ensuring rapid and significant impact in all of their work and inspiring confidence in all they do.

not have a class responsibility and will be based in one of our two fantastic sites as a
consistent Deputy, with our Headteacher working over both sites.
