A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for Behaviour, Attitudes and Personal Development within a large, dynamic and forward-thinking school.

You will possess:
• A strong understanding & knowledge of pastoral care
• An ability to ‘think strategically’ to improve outcomes
• High expectations of standards and achievement.
• Excellent interpersonal, team development and leadership skills.
