The person appointed as Deputy Headteacher will:
- Be an outstanding and inspirational classroom practitioner with high expectations
- Work in partnership with the Headteacher in all aspects of leadership
- Be an excellent professional with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to support, motivate and develop colleagues
- Work closely with all staff, Governors and our families to promote the school within the local community
- Help to further develop our Fairfield Curriculum and the quality of teaching and learning within it
