Due to the promotion of our current Deputy Headteacher, we are looking for a highly skilled, reflective and dedicated practitioner to help lead our team in to the future, sustaining our Ofsted rating of Good with 'Outstanding features'.

We are looking for a strategic thinker, who has a good understanding of how children learn best and who can lead teaching and learning across the school, using embedded assessment systems to inform strategies.
