Deputy Headteacher job summary
We are currently recruiting a full-time Deputy Headteacher. To play a major role under the direction of the Headteacher in formulating the aims and objectives of the school. In partnership you will be responsible for ensuring the educational success of Heron Hall Academy’s overall framework of the Multi Academy Trust as well as the individual school development plan. You will take a lead role in the monitoring and evaluation of standards across the whole school and be a leading professional, actively promoting effective teaching and learning practices across the school.
