The Governors of this thriving and exciting joint church school, wish to appoint a highly motivated, dynamic and inspirational leader to continue driving forward the aspirations and expectations of the staff, governors, dioceses, parents, pupils and the local community, well established in this faith-filled educational environment.

Are you:

  • A practising member of the Anglican Church or the Catholic Church with a strong personal faith, who will extend and maintain the joint church ethos of the school and reach out to the wider community?
  • Able to demonstrate strong, effective leadership and management, interpersonal skills, inspiring a motivation in staff and pupils and a real excitement for learning?
  • An excellent classroom practitioner who can lead by example and share outstanding practice?
  • Able to lead and develop the curriculum from EYFS to Year 6?
  • Committed to developing life-long learning and self-motivation in our community?
  • Empathetic and understanding of the challenges that family life brings today and have a determination to achieve the best for every pupil and their family?
