From September 2022, the Trustee Board wish to appoint an exceptional and inspirational candidate to work with the Trustees and the school leadership in taking Huntcliff School on its further journey.
The successful candidate will be expected to make a significant impact and real difference to our school.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in the school’s future and would suit someone keen to make an impact.
The role will be about supporting the Headteacher with improving quality of education and the strategic development of behaviour and attitudes at Huntcliff School.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has the passion and commitment to promote a culture and ethos wherein all students are able to achieve and have their achievements recognised.
• Is an experienced and creative team leader, already making significant contributions to whole school developments.
• Is passionate about teaching and learning.
• Has an intelligent understanding on how to support all students to ensure that they achieve their personal best.
• Has the ability and commitment to work as part of the senior leadership team as well as to lead other teams effectively.
• Is an inspirational classroom practitioner.
• Has a clear vision and excellent interpersonal skills.
Huntcliff School is a community driven 11-16 school with Academy Status situated in a very pleasant rural area on the borders of North Lincolnshire and Lincolnshire.
