We are looking for a committed, passionate and forward thinking Deputy Headteacher for Safeguarding, Behaviour, Attendance & Inclusion. Our Vision 2027 is to be on of the highest performing schools in the country. We want every child to leave Isca with both the qualifications and a wealth of experiences to follow their dreams.
You will need to be able to model and uphold the very highest of standards at all times and in return get the opportunity to work with the most amazing students in the South West. We believe that classrooms should be disruption free so that teachers can teach and students can make excellent progress, you will be pivotal to securing this ambition. You will be responsible for ensuring all students are safe, attendance is exemplary and every child succeeds regardless of background or need.
