Wombourne High School are recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team and lead on Inclusion, Safeguarding & Achievement.

We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands.

At Wombourne High School we are driven by our values of hard work, positivity and kindness, and we are looking for a dynamic, determined and forward-thinking Deputy Headteacher who can model these values and play a pivotal role in the future development of our school.

This is a key position within the school and will suit a professional who has a deep knowledge of curriculum development, coupled with a clear vision and a proven track record of raising standards. The successful candidate will be an excellent practitioner, able to lead by example, and will possess a significant background of strong leadership within a school at senior level. The successful candidate will be deeply ambitious for students and staff, with the ability to provide strategic direction which improves student outcomes.

Within the Trust each school retains its own separate identity, but all members are totally committed to working together to ensure that each of our students receive the best possible education. An independent style of education where students are consistently challenged to be the best that they can be.
