What skills and experience we're looking for
Larkmead School is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher for September 2023 with responsibility to lead the Quality of Education. This is a new role, part of the expansion and restructuring of the senior leadership team at Larkmead as our popular and successful school continues to grow. This role will build on our strategies and developments in teaching & learning, the curriculum and assessment to enable us to achieve our ambitions for all students and our school. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing teachers at all stages in their career, part of our culture of professional learning, reflection and professional pathways, as well as providing practical and strategic leadership for our curriculum leaders.
