Are you looking for a challenge? Would you like the opportunity to work within a strong team to drive exceptional change and improve provision for pupils from 2-11?

Our next Deputy Headteacher will have the flair to inspire people whilst simultaneously furthering the culture of continuous improvement; setting and delivering on high standards of behaviour and educational provision. The Deputy Head is responsible for achieving and sustaining the highest standards and levels of attainment within the school. We are looking for someone who can evidence recent actions which have led to significant improvements in teaching and learning across Primary phases.

You will be highly organised, able to show initiative and have proven success at building and leading high-performing teams, and of motivating pupils and staff alongside the Headteacher. You will have an innovative and inspirational approach, along with a clear commitment to inclusive education in the community.
