Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 9 schools over 11 locations across Luton, Peterborough and the London Borough's of Havering and Waltham Forest. Overview of the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has:

Leadership and management of SEND to develop paedology, curriculum, and delivery of strategies

A proven track record of good school improvement

Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills

Excellent classroom practice, effectively meeting individual needs

The desire and experience to take a lead role within one of our schools

Ability to provide pupils with the excitement of a relevant, challenging and creative curriculum that raises standards of education for all

A clear understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of working with children with a range of complex needs

A commitment to ensuring all pupils achieve their full potential and to set high expectations for every child and ensure all pupils achieve these standards

High expectations of themselves and others

Experience of leading change and improvement across a school

The postholder will be part of our teaching and learning function of the school and play a large part in delivering a high-quality education to the learners that attend our schools. You will also Line Manage the Assistant Headteachers.
